Performance Guarantee

Master Mechanical guarantees that when the heating or cooling equipment we have installed is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's operating and maintenance manuals, the system will perform as we have stated and agreed upon. We have promised a maintained temperature variance of no more than 3 degrees from your temperature selection to the actual temperature at your thermostat when you are heating or cooling your home under normal operating conditions. If the installation temperatures are not achieved, we will make any necessary modifications, repairs or replacements at no charge to you for a period of 5 years. This guarantee is meant to guarantee that the equipment we install is sized accurately for the home at the time of installation. It does not cover situations where the home does not maintain proper temperature caused by a component or part failure.

They will not wear shoes on your carpets. They will clean up when they are finished and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. They will not smoke or swear in your home and they are drug-free. If, when they have finished in your home, they have not performed in accordance with these high standards, we won't consider the job done until you are satisfied with the results.

When you invest in a new central heating system from Master Mechanical, operate the system in accordance with the manufacturer's operating and maintenance manuals, and have us maintain the system annually, our 'No Lemon' Guarantee provides you with the ultimate peace of mind protection. In the event your furnace's heat exchanger cracks or your boiler sections spring a leak during the first 5 years of ownership (10 years on our premium systems) rather than make repairs or replace only the broken parts, we will replace your entire furnace or boiler with a new one within 48 hours of our diagnosis at absolutely no cost to you.

'No Lemon' Cooling Guarantee

When you invest in a new central cooling system from Master Mechanical, operate the system in accordance with the manufacturer's operating and maintenance manuals, and have us maintain the system annually, our 'No Lemon' Guarantee provides you with the ultimate peace of mind protection. In the event your air conditioner's compressor fails during the first 5 years of ownership (10 years on our premium systems) rather than make repairs or replace only the broken compressor, we will replace your entire condensing unit with a brand new one within 48 hours of our diagnosis at absolutely no cost to you.

One-Year 100% Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee

Master Mechanical guarantees that during the entire first year that you own your new heating or cooling system, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the performance of the equipment, our service, or even our people, we will remove the system within 30 days of your request and cheerfully refund the entire amount of your investment.
